I’m having some problems formatting my tribute page (https://codepen.io/sdoble/pen/Mvgmqm?editors=1100) and was wondering if anyone could help me out. The area of frustration are the circular images and their containers. The images keep spilling over and their containers are too big if when I shrink them.
I am trying to create a page that is simply circular image links with descriptive text above or below the image. I’ve been working on this project for a couple days now with no luck. Any feedback would be appreciated.

Here is my Portfolio Webpage project. A few things I had issues with - Getting the NavBar to work - I had to make sure the settings CodePen Javascript contained JQuery and Bootstrap. That took a while to figure out so I wanted to share.
