About to go to my first code meetup, any advice?

I’m about to go to my first ever code meetup with a friend. The focus is on Elm, any advice on what to bring/say/do?

Make sure your laptop is charged. Eat first. Challenge yourself to talk to new people. Have fun.

Great topic! I am heading to my first code meetup tomorrow, with a local JavaScript group. Over 130+ have RSVP’d on meetup, so it will be quite a crowd.

Don’t be afraid to look dumb. Ask questions.

My uncle told me to find the biggest guy and just walk up and deck him. Or wait, maybe that was something else.
