You added the id = "footer" to an h2 element, not the footer element.

So that fix my first issue but now it messed up
there should be only one footer tag on your page

Thanks for the reply so I added this and fix my first problem

<footer id="footer"footer

but now it messed up "there should only be one footer tag on your page

just delete the footer at the bottom …
delete this
