One of my cousin brother has finished there bca and now he wants to start a career in Android so Give me Better suggestion… what will be the option for a new fresher developer.
I would say that if he is interested in developing apps, he should start working on projects for himself and learn along the way. Others who are more experienced might be able to give a better answer with regards to learning paths and such, but this is what I feel and I’m doing myself as a 30 year old hobbyist learner.

If he is set on Android mobile development, he should study Java. Most android apps are written using Java, so that’s a great place to start.
