Can't find a nonprofit that works for me!

Hope this is the right forum,

As part of the Front End Development Certification I would like to set a goal and pledge to donate.
The problem is that none of the suggested organisations accept PayPal for recurring donations.
In my country credit cards are not a common payment method and as such I don’t have one.

I expect it would be “Commit program @CodeNonprofit”.
