Can't finish CSS Horizontal Rule challenge

Hi, I’m trying to complete this challenge but I can’t seem to meet the requirements no matter where I place the horizontal rule. The challenge asks for the hr to be under the h4 title but I’ve tried moving it everywhere that could be between the title and paragraph. Also I’ve tried everywhere with just hr instead of hr /. Am I missing something or is this challenge broken?

Thanks

It’s a bug, skip the challenge, it will be fixed but not sure when
