Looks like it functions well. But on most clocks the hour hand is shorter than the minute hand, and the second hand is skinnier than the hour and minute hands. With all the hands the same size it it is hard to read the time quickly. But those are just some style changes. Also, when the second hand passes 12 the minute hand jumps to 6 and then to the correct minute.
