Was there a question?
If you are posting code you need to use the </> symbol at the top of the window with the code selected.

I am not understanding how to “uncomment”

I’ve edited your post for readability. When you enter a code block into the forum, remember to precede it with a line of three backticks and follow it with a line of three backticks to make easier to read. See this post to find the backtick on your keyboard. The “preformatted text” tool in the editor (</>) will also add backticks around text.

In HTML to create a comment, you would start with <!-- , write the comment, and then end with --> So for example, if I had the following HTML code:

<h1>Hello</h1>
<h2>Goodbye</h2>

If I wanted to put a comment between the two lines above, I could do the following:

<h1>Hello</h1>
<!-- This is a comment between two lines of code -->
<h2>Goodbye</h2>

To uncomment, it just means to remove the <!--- and the -->
