Tell us what’s happening:

What did I do wrong?

Your code so far

// Example
var ourStr = "I come first. ";
ourStr += "I come second.";

// Only change code below this line

var myStr = "This is the first sentence.";
myStr += "This is the second sentence.";

Make sure there’s a space after the period in the first sentence.Otherwise it will look like this.

why does a space go there?

Putting a space between a period and a new sentence is standard.

Your code is returning

"This is the first sentence.This is the second sentence.

The tests are looking for

"This is the first sentence. This is the second sentence.
