Connecting GitHub to freeCodeCamp, broken?

When I click “link my GitHub to unlock my portfolio” I get the following error message.

The user instance is not valid. Details: username is not unique (value: "sketchbookkeeper"); username User already exists (value: "sketchbookkeeper").

Who can I talk to about resolving this issue?
