Tell us what’s happening:
the one part that is not working is the background transparency

Your code so far

<style>
.center
{
  position: absolute;
  margin: auto;
  top: 0;
  right: 0;
  bottom: 0;
  left: 0;
  width: 100px;
  height: 100px;

  background-color:rgba(100%,0,0,0.25);
  border-radius: 50%;
  box-shadow: 25px 10px 0px 0px blue;

}

</style>
<div class="center"></div>

Your browser information:

User Agent is: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:61.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/61.0.

The value of the background-color property should be set to transparent

The value should be changed. ( property: value )
But you have,
background-color:rgba(100%,0,0,0.25);

Change it to transparent

I can see how the assignment might be a little confusing, it is a problem that often arises when keyword values use everyday words (like javascript’s this keyword).

In this case, transparent is a special keyword value. Just like you have keyword values like red, green, blue, you also have transparent. One thing to be aware of is the color coding in the tests you see in the bottom left, text in red are values, not just normal words. As you can see, transparent is marked in red.
