Hi I was part-way through a course and got a message saying can’t reach server to update progress or similar. I tried to reload the page, it now just shows the loading icon on safari won’t let me do anything. On google takes me to the email log in and gives me a code, but then gives me an error message Type error 403. Can you help?

I’m getting “We cannot reach the server to update your progress.” on Chrome, but on IE it’s fine.
