hi guys and gals. would love some feedback on my tribute page below. i’m pretty happy with it but i am having issues with responsiveness. I noticed when i resized my browser the text would overlap over the pictures. any help on resolving that issue is much appreciated.

This should prevent resizing all together. I could be mistaken.
I tried setting that at the top of my HTML but no luck. however, thank you for the response!
