Front-end certificate

Hi,
I have satisfied all the requirements for the front-end certification. But when I try to get the certificate, at step 3, I I get the message:
"It looks like you have not met all the requirements"
When I checked the web, it was found that it happened in 2015 and also in 2016 to somebody. It was somewhat quickly solved by Quincy and/or some other person whose name I do not exactly remember now. I need this certificate urgently. Please help me.
