Hi guys . .im a fresh man at university ,theres a construction project taking place in my area ,so they want volunteers and skilled persons…there are forms for application, and these require some information ,part of the fill in options considering im software engineering student and a freshman ,do i apply as a subskilled person coz definitely im not yet skilled …and how do i write the skill level option? Although im good in c ,java programing Or maybe i shouldnt fill any of tht part.
