Having a hard time getting a job

In my location when i search for a lot of developer jobs there are no entry levels. They want you to have 5 to 12 years experience in a company. All the jobs i applied for states that. How is that possible if i never worked for a company before i dont get it. Any advice?

At first Improve yourself as that level ,DO more project and when you apply even if you don’t have any experience , you get a job because you have something that proves how much capable you are so work more and more
wish you best of Luck

Most available jobs are not advertised.

This is known as the ‘hidden job market’.

If you google that term you’ll find lots of articles about navigating the issue, but it basically boils down to: networking.
