Having trouble showing my progress on my Public Portfolio

Public Portfolio not letting me show my Timeline along with everything else

Hi! I am trying to make everything on my Public Portfolio public, but it won’t let me. I can either just have my name and my Timeline, or nothing at all. It’s really weird. When I tried messing with the public/private buttons, they would get stuck and/or both the public and private buttons would get highlighted. Please advise! Thank you!
