Help me with responsive design!

Guys i want to make my textbox and my search button responsive. So that it adjusts according to screen size. HELP. And also my glphycon search icon is not displaying. please help in that too.

I’m not seeing where you include the link reference to the source of the glyphicon search icon, hence its not showing ?
