Tell us what’s happening:

Your code so far

// Initialize these three variables
var a = 5;
a+1
var b =10;
b+5;
var c=6;
c + "I am a String!"

// Do not change code below this line

a = a + 1;
b = b + 5;
c = c + " String!";

User Agent is: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/76.0.3809.100 Safari/537.36.

and

and

is not doing anything for you.

The following two lines are correct:

var a = 5;
var b =10;

Since you know c needs to be “I am a String!” and you are not supposed to change the part at the bottom (see below):

c = c + " String!";

What can you concatenate " String!" to, so that c ends up being “I am a String”. The value you need to concatenate will be the value you should assign to c. Currently, you have assigned c the value 6, so after the last line executes, c ends up being “6 String!”. Try initializing c to something else.

var a;
var b;
var c;

1st we check what we learn which is the var a now we need defy them so they are no longer undefied. We do that just like with math with the = sign and the outcome is the one that we are given so: Y A= 5;
Remeber that a variable is like the missing number in a math calculation.

var a= 5;
var b= 10;
var c= "I am a String!";
