For some reason I am having an issue with the scrolling on mobile devices.
It keeps jumping to the top when scrolling fast.

It seems to only be happening on mobile Safari for me (not the Chrome app). I would look into any anomalies with Safari scrolling / mobile websites, possibly changing the viewport.
