It appears that I have solved the problem, since the header and footer occupy both the top and bottom rows. Yet for some reason my answer isn’t right. I am attaching a screenshot. Perhaps someone can tell me what I did wrong.

You added a third column. There should only be two columns. Two headers, two footers, one advert, one content
