I re-made the textboard project in react!

This project was/is part of the FCC beta curriculum, last year i made it using jade, now i decided to re-make it using a MERN stack. This time i don’t intend to use it as part of the FCC curriculum, i’ll just add it to my portfolio by itself, so the FCC test suite wasn’t included.
It’s pretty simple and i’ll likely expand it in the future

Its nice but the whole reply being in a massive red box with report button is looks weird. Take inspiration from forums and make changes
