If you’ve never changed the zoom of your browser, then that isn’t the problem.

If you’re in Chrome, you’ll see a magnifying glass when the zoom is not 100%.

you need to clean up the css code. The “x” hanging out there in outerspace in your style tag can cause the css on the page not to work.
