This challenge is about internal links as opposed to external links. Your current code is an external link <a href="http://..."></a> is a reference that goes to a link to a website on the world wide web somewhere.

But you can use the link element <a href=""></a> to link to any part of your own website. So if you create a id="footer" attribute on any element in your document. You can use <a href="#footer"></a> to take you to where ever you referenced the id="footer".

Here is an example…
