I'm trying to redesign my portfolio - I can't work out why jQuery isn't working

Here’s my code. The jQuery is pretty simple, but I have no luck in getting it to do anything! Very frustrating

Always include jQuery in the settings (also remove it from your html). Also I don’t see an element with id='name'.
