Is it me or the Path in Javascript is wrong?

  and the next thing in the list would be
• ES6
  yet i reached “Use class Syntax to Define a Constructor Function” which is actually explained in
• Object Oriented Programming

Is this mixing intentional?

It is intentional, but there are many many many discussions that the challenges are in the wrong order
