Trying to replicate something like this for my own icons, I am unsure if he had to make this himself with some product, or if this is just a JavaScript addon that works for most simple icons.
Any information is appreciated!

Hey, @Zsmith21 – I’m not sure where these exact icons come from, but I wanted to share a few places to start if you’re looking for general icons for your site.
If you’re using Bootstrap or Material Design on your project, take a look at:
Bootstrap: (https://getbootstrap.com/docs/4.0/extend/icons/)
Material Design: (https://material.io/tools/icons/?style=baseline)
Other good options:
Iconic (https://useiconic.com/open)
Font Awesome (https://fontawesome.com/icons?d=gallery)
Feather (https://feathericons.com/)
Octicons (https://octicons.github.com/)
I just did a google search for animated icons and quite a bit came up thats on the path of whats in the example you have here… I didn’t dig deep, but might be a good place to start.
