I like it! nice lay-out, clearly different sections and a great colour scheme.
Also a good use of white space.

Your smallest media query is a bit too small, see picture below. I would set it around 475.

I know this is just mock-up but if you are to design something similar for a client I think the first thing a visitor to the site should see is something to hook the customer (preferable above “the fold”). Here it is a logo and a sign-up box. The offer comes later on the page. You can also repeat the sign-up call to action at the bottom of the page. Just so that people that made it that far don’t have to scroll all the way back up. Usually the people that read the whole page are the most interested in the product.

Thanks for the feedback. I fully agree with you on the placement of the signup box. I contemplated putting it either at the end, both at the beginning and end and just at the beginning. I think I’ll go with my initial plan and put it at the bottom as well.
Also good spot on that menu. I didn’t notice how cramped it gets.
