You didn’t close the <a> tag. Close it and apply the texts between the tag. Something like this:

<a href =  "linktorefer"> Text </a>

bro i am still stuck, i have made an a element which has an anchor text and i have also closed the tag, the only thing i am left with is making an a element which links the given link, i don’t which line to put it…

You only should have a single anchor element. You have one anchor element at the top but it is missing an important attribute and value. At the bottom you almost have it correct as @sammyfak points out above.

Just delete the top one and fix the bottom one based on the hint @sammyfak gave you.
