Hi,
The RegExp test() method will not help you here - it only returns true or false.

There is a String method to get matches to a regular expression though.

i added the additional code to see if I could get it to work, but it wouldn’t go.

i thing you should use the match method with the quoteSample string not with VowelRegex, then it should work.

It is great that you solved the challenge, but instead of posting your full working solution, it is best to stay focused on answering the original poster’s question(s) and help guide them with hints and suggestions to solve their own issues with the challenge.
