I suggest reading more about Bootstrap and responsive design in general, particularly about using media queries and grid options for various device sizes (horizontal to stacked grids). Rather than adding a border to your page body, you may want to use a container, styling that.
Have to consider how every element will appear on a variety of formats. Try searching for responsive design tests.
