Hello.
I’ve just started going through the back end development challenges and I’m struggling a little bit. I’m currently doing the learnyoumongo challenges for MongoDB, and I just don’t understand how to do the challenge labeled ‘find’. I’m not quite sure what even MongoDB’s purpose is, and while it provides instructions, I’m not sure on how to go about actually doing those instructions. I type what the program says into the terminal window, and nothing happens. I know I may sound like an idiot, but I’d rather become extremely comfortable with the basics so I can actually complete the later challenges. Please help.
