Need help with project "Use the Twitchtv JSON API"

Hello guys. I have problem with project “Use the Twitchtv JSON API”.

I’m using react and redux in it and I have problem with visibilityFilter part.
When I dispatch action SET_VISIBILITY_FILTER it enters to reducer but not changing state.

Can I please for code review?
