I’d like to make the transitions a little smoother but I’m not sure how exactly. Also I know on small screens it does some pretty crazy stuff. Any help would be appreciated.

Hello @MuddyBootsCode I do not have the exact answer for you BUT I certainly sure you can benefit using bootstrap to make your whole site mobile friendly, bootstrap is easy to use in codepen and it is fast to implement. Give it a try.
