The name on your certificate is pulled from GitHub. You’ll need to ensure all your details are up to date on there and then it should update the certificate.

Another question I try to get the certificate to my pictures but my name is not showing or even I try to email and name not showing

If you’re trying to save the image directly it won’t work. The image is a default image with HTML elements laid over the top for your name and completion date. The best way to save it to disk I guess would be a simple screenshot.
