PDF Fillabale form

Okay so I created a site and I have a PDF that needs to be fillable right now they can download it but I want it to show up as a page and be fillable. Or has anyone created a form that exports and fills in the pdfs information? If so how did you do it?

But you need a fillable pdf.

Do you mean like a web-form with text fields and with a download/export option? I’m a bit confused about your question.
