It’s a nice style. The portfolio section is broken though on small screens. Forcing #portfolio to have a height of 500px means the third item spills over. Also, below a screen-width of about 450px, the first two captions start to overlap. It might be better to use “col-xs-12” rather than “col-xs-6”, so you have each on its own line.
On a wide screen it looks great.
