Have you tested this on other browsers? It’s not loading properly on my phone (iOs) and I wonder if the animations with the -webkit vendor prefixes need the others (-moz etc) to play nicely across devices? It could just be my phone being glitchy, though.
Maybe an opacity transitions? Other than that the animations are really cool!
I am a big fan of animations, and you have done well to create a unique effect, but keep the overall user experience in mind. Will the user appreciate having to hover over every entry to se a non-skewed version? Most visitors skim over content and only interact when they perceive value from it. Just my $.02.
