Tell us what’s happening:

Your code so far

var myMusic = [
  {
    "artist": "Billy Joel",
    "title": "Piano Man",
    "release_year": 1973,
    "formats": [
      "CS",
      "8T",
      "LP" ],
    "gold": true

  }
  // Add record here
var myMusic = [
  {
    "artist": "arjit singh",
    "title":"singer",
    "release_year":2013,
    "formats":[
      "cd",
      "8t",
      "lp"],
    "gold":true
  }
    ];

You already declared a variable myMusic which contains one object (an album). You just want to add another object (album) to the existing array. You should not be redeclaring myMusic with a different array. Doing so, just makes myMusic have one object (album), but it is a new album. You want both albums in it.

You might want to review the syntax for arrays (see below).

var myArray = [3, 6];

Notice the comma separating the two elements (numbers) of myArray. In the challenge, the elements are objects instead of numbers.
