Someone takes all the trouble to make that gif but does not even know what (s)he is doing. Strange.

I think it’s that online tool that runs a piece of code and shows the stack trace at the same time. I don’t know what it’s called though.

So this is the output of some automated tool? Terrible.
That flickering effect is totally destructive, serves no useful purpose other than probably indulging the whims of some graphics designer/animator.
