Would you present this to a potential employer?
The top part is fine, maybe on the button have the hover effect on the button instead of the text. At the moment the text changes only when you hover on it.
The bottom part is to review imho. Because of your margin-right and left -15px the total width has 30 more pixels than the title, potentially cutting some of your text.
