Good job! I like your design a lot.
I would include animation on your submit button on mousehover. Whether its text color change and/or background-color change.
Also you could change the border color of you input boxes on focus to purple to match your theme.

This does look nice indeed!
Maybe smoother scrolling on click of the nav elements would improve the UX. Right now it jumps quite a bit. Furthermore, I would suggest aligning the contact form input fields to center, not the full section. With the labels being next to the form, the section elements (especially the submit button) feel a bit out of focus - at least to me.
However, that’s just cherry picking. Great job!
