Socorro! O SASS não instala no meu MAC

Estou tentando instalar o Sass na minha máquina, mas simplesmente não instala, dá o seguinte erro:

Então procurando para tentar resolver este erro, eu vi que poderia ser um problema de falta do Xcode, que não sei pq precisa dele e tals, ai fui lá e tentei resolver instalando o Xcode e deu isso:
user$ sudo xcodebuild -licensee

xcode-select: error: tool ‘xcodebuild’ requires Xcode, but active developer directory ‘/Library/Developer/CommandLineTools’ is a command line tools instance

E agora estou bem perdida e não sei a quem recorrer, será que alguém pode me ajudar?

Não tenho MAC, mas tentou instalar o xcode antes?
xcode-select --install
