[SOLVED] No Certificated Generated for Completing JS Course

I completed the front-end certificate program, which I started in Feb 2017. However, I do not see it on my profile under certifications.
Instead, I see “No certifications have been earned under the current curriculum”

Is there a turnaround time on the certificates, or are they supposed to be generated automatically upon completion?

Have you gone to your profile, selected “Update account settings”, scrolled down to the appropriate section, and clicked “Claim Certification”?
