Styling svg title element

Hello everyone,
I am using svg title element as a tooltip for my bar chart divs .
Is there any way to style the title element ?

Nope, same as title attribute in HTML: browsers do not have to show it but they all do on hover. It’s an element though, rather than an attribute, so there may well be a hack way to do it (similar to how you can style anything in the <head/> of an HTML document) – try applying styling, if it works it works, if it doesn’t it won’t.
