You have to nest all your HTML inside a div with class of container-fluid. So everything from your h2 to the end of the form should be inside this div.

still missing a class container-fluid unsure how to add it. here is my code so far

<link class="container-fluid" rel="stylesheet" href="//maxcdn.bootstrapcdn.com/bootstrap/3.3.1/css/bootstrap.min.css"/>
<h2 class="red-text">CatPhotoApp</h2>
<p>Click here for <a href="#">cat photos</a>.</p>

<a href="#"><img class="smaller-image thick-green-border" src="https://bit.ly/fcc-relaxing-cat" alt="A cute orange cat lying on its back. "></a>

<p>Things cats love:</p>
<ul>
  <li>cat nip</li>
  <li>laser pointers</li>
  <li>lasagna</li>
</ul>
<p>Top 3 things cats hate:</p>
<ol>
  <li>flea treatment</li>
  <li>thunder</li>
  <li>other cats</li>
</ol>
<form action="/submit-cat-photo">
  <label><input type="radio" name="indoor-outdoor"> Indoor</label>
  <label><input type="radio" name="indoor-outdoor"> Outdoor</label>
 <label><input type="checkbox" name="personality"> Loving</label>
  <label><input type="checkbox" name="personality"> Lazy</label>
  <label><input type="checkbox" name="personality"> Crazy</label>
  <input type="text" placeholder="cat photo URL" required>
  <button type="submit">Submit</button>
</form>
</div>```

It should be a div with a class of container-fluid.
