so something is wrong i cant seem to get my navbar to work any idea how i can fix this?

Assuming you want your hrefs to scroll to the top of the section, you need your id’s in the href to call exactly those id’d in the section.
For example, at the moment you call “#middle_1” in the href, but the section only has an id of “middle 1” (without the underscore).

yes that was the issue thank you
