Hello, I strongly suggest to mark the topic as solved (the solution hint was provided in one of the first replies), so other people can see it has been solved directly from the forum section.
unfortunately the thread creator has not be seen since october 2018 - and I don’t want to read through the whole topic to see what was the most useful post and mark it as solution
Hello @ilenia. I’ve read them all and actually the majority of the 28 posts are short posts by people saying that they have the same problem.
I suggest this answer (the 5th from top) as the solution:
