@camperextraordinaire’s suggestions will be a good place to start so you can make this site even better. I’d only add one thing at this point because I think it’s really important to understand from the beginning.
All <img> elements need an alt attribute. Here’s a link you can read to learn more about alt attributes and why they’re needed: http://webaim.org/techniques/alttext/. It’s a long read, but I think you’ll get the gist of it by reading the first couple of sections and then you can read the rest later once you get more used to HTML and CSS.
