Want to put the menu in the same div then the other menu

I want my menu when it scroll the same heigth so the same div.

It’s a bit difficult to understand what’s the desired effect.

If you want the entire div to scroll you have to place the button inside that div and make the div a fixed position. Right now the button is a standalone element with a fixed position and placement, so where it displays will depend on the resolution/browser/device.
